Meg Partridge
CEO & Creative Director | Co-Founder, Purpose Brands

As the driving entrepreneurial and creative force behind Deià and its parent company, Purpose Brands, Meg sets brand and growth strategy and oversees global logistics, business operations, artisan partnerships, and sales. In her role as Creative Director, she also leads the conceptualization, design, and presentation of Deià’s collections, infusing her unique point of view into the voice and image of the brand.

Prior to co-founding Deià, she explored, evaluated, and promoted ways in which business can be a vehicle for transformative social impact: developing and launching a low-cost water purification technology in sub-Saharan Africa, co-founding The Sustainable Fashion Initiative, leading investments in Indian social enterprises at Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, and serving as the 2012-2014 Harry J. Ott Environmental Fellow at The Coca-Cola Company. The design journeys that inspired Deià have taken her all over the world, living with talented artisans and studying their craft.
